I cannot thank you enough for simply doing what we considered impossible only a few short months ago.  Selling a house in this economy is no easy task.
After our house was on the market for 10 months with another agent, we were extremely frustrated.  I can honestly say that this was not an easy endeavor with a recently laid off pregnant wife, a mortgage on a house with only two bedrooms and a private school we wanted to continue to keep our daughter in.
